Selected-talk

The optimal format in PowerPoint is 16:9 (widescreen).

Presenters need to upload their materials in the session rooms at least 15 minutes prior to the starting time of their sessions, preferably during a refreshment break. Each oral presentation is 10 minutes in length. The presenter is suggested to give a presentation for 7 minutes and leave 3 minutes for questions.

Poster Display

Posters should be sized A0 (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation.

Poster display sessions will take place in breaks and alongside the other breakout sessions of the conference. Your presentation will be displayed in a dedicated area, with the other accepted posters from industry and academic presenters.

To present a poster at the forum you need to be registered as a delegate. Please note that there is limited space available and poster space is assigned on a first come first served basis (subjected to checks and successful registration).
